HAPPY FEBRARY 29TH.....News Update and...We celebrated two birthdays!!!

I haven't written for a long time so I decided it was time........Everything is going fine. Richard is feeling better after discovering that his blood sugar levels are low. He has a couple of doctor appointments in March, so hopefully they will be able to figure out how to treat him. Richard continues to work at Service Masters and everyone there absolutely love him and appreciate his hard work.  I am still at ODS  : ) trying to learn the ropes and figure out how to be nice to discouraged customer's who call in : ) I know they aren't mad at me, but it is frustrating when I don't have immediate answers for them. I suppose it just goes with the territory and I will continue to work hard at solving their problems, concerns and complaints!!!! My job is very challenging and I am learning things all the time. Other than that, everyone I work with are very nice and helpful, so the support is greatly appreciated!!! I have to say, I have some very nice members who call in too. I enjoy those termendously and they help me through the day!

I have some fun news... For my birthday, April 21st, my son Jake offered to buy me round airline tickets to Arizona for a visit. I am so excited and can hardly wait to see him. I really love Arizona, it is so beautiful and I get to spend a long weekend with Jake and Catherine. Also, I will have the opportunity to meet Catherine's family, so I am pretty excited about that too! I leave in the morning of April 25th and will arrive back home late Sunday night!!! I will tell you all about it when I get home and I will post my pictures too.

FEBRUARY NEWS....

My nephew Matthew's birthday was February 25th and he turned 25!!!! WOW........he recently sent me a picture of himself and I posted it here......he is at a local pastry shop and enjoying some "down" time.....

My niece Kirsten's birthday was February 8th and she turned 21!!! Wow, time really flys doesn't it. I haven't seen her for a few years but Rhonda is really great about sending pictures. Here is a picture of Kirsten' with her new hair cut......it is darling and she looks great!!!! Way to go Kirsten....
