Jake girlfriend, Catherine, came to Oregon to meet the family and to help us celebrate Jake's birthday. Catherine is a lovely gal and very sweet......I can see why she is so special to Jake. (This picture was taken in front of our Christmas tree before we headed over to my mom's).
We went to my mom's house for New Years Eve and brought in the New Years as we counted down the minutes with Dick Clark. Then, at 12:43 am (Jake was born 20 years ago) Jake made a wish and blew out his 20 candles on his birthday cake. We all enjoyed some cake and ice cream and then we all went home to bed.Here are our young adults at our New Years gathering. Catherine, Jake, Daniel, Matthew, Lena and Raffi.........
